Purchases, Shipping, Returns
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to Customer Service at customerservice@goodjujuherbal.com.
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds, processing takes 3-5 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day), then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via customerservice@goodjujuherbal.com.
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to our Customer Service Team right away.
*After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, so sorry about that! Please contact us at customerservice@goodjujuherbal.com and we’ll be sure to get you the item you ordered!
Due to the handcrafted nature of Good JuJu Herbal products, we do not generally accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you receive damaged items, please let us know immediately. If you have a concern or question about the product you received, please ask us before you use it. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact customer service directly at customerservice@goodjujuherbal.com
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We process orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out! Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order and it will need to be processed as a return.

You can purchase an e-gift card here. E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase another e-gift card or refunded.
Lucky you :) Just click the REDEEM GIFT CARD link in the email. Create an account or log in and enter the code. You can always enter the code here. If you are having difficulty, log in first and then click the link via your email.
Gift cards work like store credit at GoodJuJuHerbal.com. Once you have applied the gift card to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.
At this time, only one code per transaction is accepted.
Are you local to Raleigh, NC? We offer pick up at our shipping and production space!
The only days we offer pick up are MONDAYS & THURSDAYS, between 12pm-3pm. If this time frame does not work for you, please do not choose the local pick-up option at checkout.
Shipping is calculated by your destination and product weight and will appear at checkout. We currently offer free USPS shipping within the continental U.S. for all orders over $75 using our code FREESHIP.

We’re committed to being cruelty free, meaning we do not test on animals at any stage of product development and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Our products are appropriate for all skin types, especially sensitive skin.

No way! We use the best possible ingredients in our products, including natural oils, fruit and vegetable butters, and thoughtful formulation with minimal to no preservatives.
Most of our products are vegan, except three that contain beeswax: our Essential Salve, Lotion Bars, and Lip Balm. Read more about what clean beauty means to us on product pages.

Our products are made here in N.C., handmade by Judith or another member of our team.
At Good JuJu Herbal, we craft all of our products with safety in mind, especially for those with extra vulnerable skin – like pregnant women and babies. All of our products are safe to use while pregnant and nursing, but we always recommend consulting with your physician first before using a new product if you are pregnant or nursing.
If an item is out of stock it means that we will most likely be making more! Sign up with your email. We will email you to let you know if it becomes available.
